Return & Refund Policy

ORDERS

We are not able to make any changes to an order or cancel it once it has been placed.
We are happy to assist you with returning an order once you receive it. If you need a different size or color of an item, you’ll need to place a new order.
All eligible returned items will be refunded once they’ve been received by our office.

*To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the exact same condition as they were received. 

EXCHANGES

We’re not able to offer an exchange on returned items and all returned items will be refunded once they’ve been received by our office. If you need a different size or color of an item, you’ll need to place a new order.

RETURNS

If your purchase isn’t quite what you’re looking for, you’ve got 21 days from when you received your order to have your items sent back to us for or refund. Follow these steps:

  • Step 1: Call any courier of your choice and book a pickup, we recommend that you contact our shipping partners:
    1. Skyex: Call 111 11 1111 and schedule a pickup.
    2. Aramex: click here and book your pickup.
  • Step 2: Prepare the items in their original condition and make sure you mention your ORDER NUMBER on the return form or on a paper and send it along with the items.
  • Step 3:  Write below address on the parcel, make sure you keep the tracking number with you until we confirm your return:

  • Step 4: You will be refunded upon the confirmation of the return. As soon as we’ve received and taken care of your return, we’ll email you to confirm that your refund has been issued.

For your convenience, we will gladly refund your purchases for their purchase price subject to the below conditions:
Our policy lasts 21 days. If 21 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the exact same condition as they were received. 

*Altered pieces all final sale and cannot be returned.

*All items returned must be unworn, unwashed, and have all original tags and packaging. Please make sure your returned pieces are free of human/pet hair, odor and stains otherwise your return will incur a cleaning fee.

***PLEASE NOTE

Refunds are processed 5-7 business days after the items are received.
*We are not responsible for returned items that are damaged or lost during transit or delivery due to the fault of the post or delivery courier.

*We are not responsible for lost or damaged shipments by the courier.

REFUND

Make sure we know the ORDER NUMBER*** your return relates to, so please enclose the RETURN FORM with your parcel to enable us to process your return.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 5 to 7 working days.

For Cash on Delivery purchases, please ensure you have a bank account that we can issue a refund to. Should you not have a bank account, we will be unable to complete your refund.

***If you are returning ALL the items of your order 20 AED will be deducted for UAE orders, 40 AED  will be deducted for GCC and Middle East countries and for all other countries the shipping fee that was paid at the checkout will be deducted from the refunded amount.

***If you are returning your order partially the shipping fee will not be deducted.

***Please note that we are not able to proceed with your refund if you don’t send us the return form.

LATE OR MISSING REFUND

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at sales@ayefashions.com.
NOTE: In case of return of any discounted item, the same amount will be refunded and not the full price.

NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS

Gift cards
Any item not in its original condition is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
Items that have obvious signs of use.
Any item that is returned more than 21 days after delivery
Sale items, only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded.

SHIPPING ITEMS TO US

To return your product, you should mail your product to: Dubai  DU, United Arab Emirates.  Contact Number: +9711111111.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
